We provide such a wide range of medical services it would be impossible to make a comprehensive list! From general wellness check ups, to well woman exams, to chronic diseases; we are here to serve you.

Each of our Clinic locations are open from 08:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Most locations stay open until 07:00 p.m., on Tuesdays, in order to serve you with a later evening option.

Economic Security Corporation of SW Area serves the needs of low-income individuals & families residing in Barton, Jasper, Newton & McDonald counties. We have assistance available in several areas including housing, weatherization, case management and CHANCE. Two of our more widely known programs are Head Start and Utility Assistance. The Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) has changed! Energy Assistance is now available to apply for anytime during the year.

Family Nutrition Education Programs (FNEP) offer fun and free classes for all ages along with other resources. We provide you with tips to help you feed your family healthy foods on a limited budget. We also offer assistance with filling out and submitting SNAP applications.

We are both a thrift store and distribute the USDA Food for citizens of Barton County, Missouri. Services provided are: Commodities, Emergency Food, Senior Box Program, Thrift Shop, Produce distribution on Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays and Utility Assistance for individuals every 6 months.

We address food insecurity in two communities that are food deserts, Liberal and Mindenmines, by providing two hot meals per week to approximately thirty five individuals and we also have a food giveaway on Wednesday evenings.

WIC is now providing $24-$48 Cash Benefit for fruits/vegetables. This in addition to over $50 worth of other groceries- for each qualifying person in your home. WIC IS for any person who is pregnant, had a baby in the last 6 months, or has a child age birth- 5 years old in the home (Dads/Grandparents/Guardians included).
